01Fill the ponds
Seawater enters managed ponds at selected production sites in the Mediterranean region.
02Concentrate naturally
Sun and wind evaporate the water as laboratory monitoring tracks salinity throughout the production period.
03Harvest to size
Specially designed cutting equipment harvests the salt at the requested thickness and crystal format.
04Prepare & protect
The natural crude salt is stocked and protected from surrounding rainwater and environmental contaminants.
05Move to market
Bagged or bulk product enters a coordinated logistics chain planned around the end user’s destination.
